CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 68 <br />BY ? A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR NEW TIRES AND <br />TUBES FOR USE BY THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />DZAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for new tires and tubes to <br />be used by the City in accordance with the specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the present contract expired in March, 1981, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval b,y the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />F orence E.
