CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY : <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 56 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRFCTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVFRTISE FOR BIDS FOR A ONE AND ONE- <br />HALF TON, TWELVE-?+?OOT, STAKE BODY TRUCK FOR USE <br />IN THE >YSTEMS DIVISION OF THE WASTE?tii_ATER PLANT, <br />AND AUTHORIZINr THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, <br />AND DECLARINCx AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA .AND STATF OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereb.y authorized to advertise for bids for a one and one-half ton, <br />twelve-foot, stake body truck according to the specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to provide for preventative and emergency <br />maintenance of the Sanitary Sewer System and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediatel.y upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
