CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 41 <br />r',lR• BOEHMER <br />BY: ! <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR MULTI-LINE <br />LI.ABILITY, PROPERTY AND CATASTROPHE INSURANCE <br />COVERING THE OFFICIALS, MEMBERS OF COUNCIL, <br />EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS AND <br />COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereb,y authorized to advertise for bids for multi-line liabilit,y, <br />property and catastrophe insurance for off'icials, members of <br />Council, employees and members of the Boards and Commissions of <br />the City of North Olmsted, according to specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon the approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safet,y and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that the existing insurance coverage expires on Jul,y l, <br />1981, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:? <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />, <br />42w.e F ENCE CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL <br />DEWPF-W LIMPERT, P ESIDENT OF <br />COUNCIL <br />1 <br />First reading: <br />Second reading: <br />Third reading: 9-ICIrj
