WILLIAM ?NAL7.,ER ,AND <br />THE METAL F.OiiIpMENT CO"4PANY. <br />TiVHEREAS, the Westshore F.nf_orcement Bureau, consisting of the <br />Cities of North Olmsted, ?qestlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, <br />Rocky River and Lakewood have received a donation from Walter <br />INilliam ?Nalzer and The Metal Equipment Comnany, a bomb disposal <br />vehicle, and <br />W?-IER_F,AS, it is the desire of the said Walter t,lrilliam i^Ialzer <br />and The Metal F.cauipment Comnany to have the ??Vestshore Enforcement <br />Bureau and its members indemnify and save the said 'Valter Ihrilliam <br />1llalzer and The Metal Equipment Compan,y harmless from any and all <br />liability or claim lahich may result from the maintenance a.nd <br />operation of said vehicle, and <br />1NHER.F.AS, it is the desire of the City of North Olmsted to <br />authorize the Mayor to enter into an Indemnitv and Release A?;reement <br />as aforesaid. ? <br />NOW, THERFFORE, BE IT ORDAINF.D BY TH-E COiJNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATF OF OHIO: <br />SECTIO?V l: That <br />the Mayor of the City <br />and Release Agreement <br />Equi-pment Company f_or <br />as a member of the Ule <br />Indemnity and Release <br />Exhibit "_q'° . <br />the Council hereby authorizes and directs <br />of North Olmsted to enter into an Indemnity <br />with Walter ?ailliam Walzer and The Metal <br />and on behalf of the City of North Olmsted <br />stshore Enforcement Bureau. .4 copy of said <br />Agreement is attached hereto and marked <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom an after the earliest neriod allowed by law. <br />D A S S FD: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />F E CE CAM BELL, JZLHRK () COUNCIL PE?^ Y.
