CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 89- 66 BY: Mayor Petrigac AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989. NOUT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That to provide for current expenses and other expen Mures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1989, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: RECREATION FUND Utilities Pool Building Architectural Engineering Expenses CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED ~2~0,000 X1,500 ~2o8,soo 18,500 $1,500 20,000 SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an atteste o y of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw is warrants on the City Treasure for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to mace the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense con- stituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made.
