a ' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89 - 52 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to begin implementation of an <br />Employee Assistance Program for personnel employed by the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, which is similiar to the program <br />available to employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: <br />Program expenses <br />the following <br />appropriated as <br />That to provide for <br />during the year ending <br />sum be and they are <br />follows: <br />the Employee <br />December 31, <br />hereby set <br />Assistance <br />1989, that <br />aside and <br />NOMBL FUND <br />Employee Assistance Program $3,800 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to fulfill contractual <br />obligations with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />
