CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOI~JTION N0. 89 - 51 <br />BY: MAYOR M. YVONNE PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) <br />TRUCK PAINT SPRAY BOOTH FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for one (1) Truck Paint Spray Booth and <br />for which it will be paid out of Service Department Funds. Said Truck <br />Paint Spray Booth shall conform to the specifications now on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Service, and that upon approval by the <br />Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is <br />immediately necessary to maintain service to area residents and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ /_~"', / <br />ATTEST : -`~'T <br />~/ <br />Florence E.
