CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89 - 32 <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) RADIO BASE CONSOLE FOR THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED POLICE DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for one (1) radio base console to be <br />supplied by purchase for the North Olmsted Police Division. Said radio <br />console shall conform to specifications now on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Safety, and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately. necessary <br />to maintain safety for area residents and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ f ~, /p'~9' <br />ATTEST: "~~~ <br />FL REN E E.
