WII,AMpSKY <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8 9 - 2 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE CURRENT <br />REPLACEMENT PAGES TO THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES; TO ADOPT NEW MATTER; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be <br />amended to conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been <br />passed by Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. <br />Drane Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before <br />Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a <br />general and permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated <br />into component codes, titles, chapters and sections within the 1989 Replacement <br />Pages to the Codified Ordinances are hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, <br />amended or repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State <br />law: <br />Traffic Code <br />337.28 Sunscreening Materials (Added). <br />339.08 Loads Dropping or Leaking (Amended). <br />351.04 Handicapped Parking (Amended). <br />373.23 Bicycle Reflectors (Amended). <br />General Offenses Code <br />529.02 Sales to Minors; Public Accommodations (Amended). <br />529.021 Purchase by Minor (Added). <br />529.07 Open Container Prohibited (Amended). <br />533.12 Pandering Obscenity (Amended). <br />537.14 Domestic Violence (Amended). <br />Fire Prevention Code <br />1719.04 Possession or Sale of Fireworks (Amended). <br />
