.?.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE 83 - 141 <br />BY : <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />CURRENT EXPENSES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1983. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses of said City of North <br />Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1983, the following sum be and is <br />hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Lorain Road Water Line $85,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to J. Timothy McCormack, Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasury for payments from the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board <br />of Officers authorized by Law to approve same, provided that no warrants shall <br />be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with Law or ordinance. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the <br />earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED r (o ? / 9A5 <br />ATTEST <br />ORENCE E.
