AM-N ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83 - 130 <br />BY:?. Z?C _ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />GENER.AL HELATH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1984, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North 0lmsted, under O.R.C. 3709.08 is a <br />member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract <br />for the year 1984 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga <br />County General Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />enter lnto a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />marked Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District <br />to provide health services to the City of North Olmsted from <br />January l, 1984 through December 31, 1984. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution sha11 be forwarded <br />to the Dlr? ector of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments <br />under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services <br />to the residents of this City, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: )?4? 4Z5 <br />ATTEST: od ? ?? _?"' k, <br />F orence E.
