<br />CITY OF NOR'TH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83 - 45 <br />BY:? AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPEIVSATION <br />TO BE PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE <br />PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHERFAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish <br />a comqensation schedule for all administrative personnel employed <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That effective June 5, 1983, the compen- <br />sation to be paid to the non-bus driving personnel of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager $22,106 to $32,600 <br />Supervisor of Operations $18,900 to $30,500 <br />Supervisor of Maintenance $20,500 to $31,000 <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />Maintenance $15,000 to $27,300 <br />Operations Administrator $15.000 to $25,700 <br />Secretary $ 8,000 to $15,000 <br />Zone Supervisor $15,000 to $26,800 <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance or an,y other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare, and for further reason <br />that it is necessary to provide for the continuity of service of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it <br />rece?_ves the affirmative vote of two-thirds of al1 members elected <br />to Coi.zncil, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />ii,s passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? ?C3 <br />ATTEST: <br />F RE CE E.
