CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-61 <br />BY: MR. LOGAN <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY <br />THE 7515 COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION N0. 2 IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION N0. 81-14. <br />WHEREAS, the 7515 Company's No. 2 Subdivision.was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on April 12, 1983, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision consists of the creation of <br />fifty (50) lots from Block "A" of the 7515 Company's Subdivision <br />No. 1, located in the vicinity of Columbia and Walter Roads south <br />of Antler Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED QY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the 7515 Company's <br />Subdivision No. 2, which consists of the creation of fifty (50) <br />parcels from Block "A" of the 7515 Company's Subdivision No. 1, <br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: <br />That Resolution No. 81-14 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 9rS <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
