' . <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPOSITIOTI OF <br />THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that there is presently <br />one clerk in the Finance Department and that in order to conduct <br />the affairs of the Finance Department it is necessary to have two <br />clerks in said department, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish an <br />additional position of clerk in the Finance Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SFCTION 1: That the following shall be the complement of <br />within the Finance Department: <br />(a) Director of Finance <br />(b) Two secretaries, one of which shall be <br />designated as Assistant Pinance Director <br />(c) Two clerks <br />SECTION 2: That any and all compensation and employee <br />benefits shall be established by separate ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That there is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fu? the sum of $4,200.00 for the purpose of compensating <br />the addition of one clerk in the Finance Dpepartment. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to add an additional clerk for <br />the purpose of efficiently handling the financial affairs of <br />the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE C PBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />PRESIDFNT OF COi1NCIL <br />APPROVFD: <br />ROBERT W.
