CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 31 <br />BY: MR. 0'GRADY AND MR. BIERMAN <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF REED ROAD <br />FROM "REED ROAD" TO "KENNY LANE". <br />WHEREAS, on the 19th of March, 1984, a petition by persons <br />owning lots in the immediate vincinity of Reed Road was duly <br />presented to Council, praying that the name of said street be <br />changed from "Reed Road" to Kenny Lane", and notice of the <br />pendency and prayer of the said petition has been given as <br />required by law by publication in The Westlife, a newspaper of <br />general circulation within the City, for six (6) consecutive <br />weeks, ending June 6, 1984 ; and, <br />WHERE, Council, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is good <br />cause for such change of name and that it will not be detrimental <br />to the general interest and ought to be made; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l. That Reed Road, as aforesaid, have the name <br />thereof changed from "Reed Road" to "Kenny Lane". <br />SECTION 2.
