Wilamosk <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER AND MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDIPdG DECEMBER 31, 1984, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OItDAINED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Assistant Council Clerk <br />Mayor-Skill Development <br />Computer Service <br />Biidget and Management <br />Skill Development <br />NOACA Dues <br />Engineer <br />Street Repair Material <br />Salt <br />REVENUE SHARING <br />Lorain Road Resurfacing <br />FROM TO <br />625.00 Council Salaries 300.00 <br />175.00 Recodification 500.00 <br />6,000.00 Contingency 1,500.00 <br /> Postage 8,000.00 <br />300,00 City Dues 3,000.00 <br />146.00 Engineering Consultant 9,200.00 <br />3,000.00 Hospitalization 11,746.00 <br />4,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />34,246.00 34,246.00 <br />40,000.00 Memorial Park Capital <br />Improvement 2,000.00 <br />Capital Street Repair <br />Material 4,000.00 <br />Salt 34,000.00 <br />40,000.00 40,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of <br />said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1984, the following <br />sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />BUS FUND <br />Part-time Wages 4,000.00 <br />Contingency 2,500.00 <br />Advertisin; 100.00 <br />Services 14,000.00 <br />Materials & Supplies 6,000.00 <br />Supplies 600.00 <br />Vehicle Operating Expenses 500.00 <br />Suilding ..aint. & Repair 5,000.00 <br /> 32,700.00 <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 4: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing funds upon receiving <br />proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />the Expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or <br />wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. <br />Provided further that the funds for contingencies can only be expended upon approval <br />of two-thirds vote of Council for iterts of expense constituting a legal obligation <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covereci by the other specific <br />funds herein made. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article IV. Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
