? *Ak <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 79 <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS, <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Director of Finance <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />WHEREAS, The following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on a certain parcel for the period from January l, 1985 through <br />the year 1987 as set forth below: <br />PARCEL N0. PAYEE ADDRESS CODE AMOUNT <br />232-33-003 Third Federal 4456 Canterbury 9067 $372.84 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to cancel assessments in full for the years 1985 through 1987 for <br />the above parcel. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Qlmsted is <br />hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of can- <br />celling the special assessments on a certain permanent parcel. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS SED : /9/f/ <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />Florence E.
