BIERMAN AND N?wA,,WILAMOSKY <br />1? <br />NAME OF STREET: Various <br />ROUTE NO.: Various <br /> <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85-111 <br />DATE October 24, 1985 <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County* Ohio, in matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the <br />cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State of <br />Ohio. <br />WHEREAS, the MUNICIPALITY has recognized the need for and proposes the <br />improvement of a portion of public highway which is described as follows: <br />The replacement of standard curb inlet grates with diagonal grates <br />and catch basin rehabilitation if necessary on the following roads <br />in the City of North Olmsted: <br />Clague Road (CR-52) from Mastick Road to the North Olmsted North <br />Corporation Line <br />Dover Center Road (CR-58) from Butternut Ridge Road to the North <br />Olmsted North Corporation Line <br />Fitch Road (CR-170) from the North Olmsted South Corporation Line to <br />Butternut Ridge Road <br />Mastick Road (CR-101) from Columbia Road to the North Olmsted East <br />Corporation Line <br />Root Road (CR-274) from Lorain Road to the North Olmsted South <br />Corporation Line <br />Stearns Road (CR-76) from the North Olmsted South Corporation Line <br />to Lorain Road <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio; <br />A. CONSENT <br />1. That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of <br />said MUNICIPALITY be and such consent is hereby given to the COUNTY <br />and the Ohio Department of Transportation to construct the above described <br />improvement in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates approved <br />by the COUNTY. <br />B. COOPERATION <br />1. That the MUNICIPALITY will cooperate with the COUNTY and the Ohio <br />Qepartment of Transportation in the replacement of standard curb inlet <br />grates with diagonal grates and catch basin rehabilitation if necessary in <br />the roads described above. <br />2. That the COUNTY will prepare plans and specifications for improvement under <br />current Cuyahoga County Engineer standards for construction of County roads <br />and bridges. <br />3. That the COUNTY will arrange for the supervision and administration of the <br />construction contract. <br />C. FUNDING <br />1. That the MUNICIPALITY hereby agrees to participate with the COUNTY in the <br />cost of the improvement by an allocation from the County Motor Vehicle <br />$5.00 License Tax Fund to pay the COUNTY portion of the project. <br />2. That if the project is financed as a Federal-aid Highway project, eligible <br />costs of the improvement shall be financed from the aforesaid funds. <br />D. MAINTENANCE <br />That upon completion of said improvement said MUNICIPALITY will thereafter <br />1
