Tallon <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY THE <br />PLAT FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED INDUSTRIAL PARK AND THEREBY <br />VACATING PARTS OF SHERMAN AVENUE, WEST 308TH STREET, <br />WEST 309TH STREET, AND WEST 310TH STREET FOR STREET <br />AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat for the North Olmsted Industrial Park was <br />approved by the Planning Commission on June 11, 1985, and referred <br />to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the plat for the North Olmsted Industrial Park defines <br />the location of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway, and <br />WHEREAS, the plat calls for the vacation of parts of Sherman <br />Avenue, West 308th Street, West 309th Street and West 310th Street <br />for Street and Highway purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of the North Olmsted <br />Industrial Park, and also having been advised by the City Engineer <br />that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves the plat for recording <br />purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission, hereby vacates parts of Sherman <br />Avenue, West 308th Street, West 309th Street and West 310th Street, <br />as shaded in red on the plat, for Streets and Highway purposes. <br />SECTION 3: That, upon the effective date of this Ordinance, <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded <br />according to law.
