<br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December

<br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall imnediately forward an
<br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
<br />SEGTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw
<br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing
<br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore,
<br />approved by the Boar.'d of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an
<br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that
<br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons
<br />enployed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided
