LACKEY <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING <br />BtJT'TERNUT RIDGE ROAD, LOCATED IN TI-IE CITY <br />OF NOR'IH OIMTED, AS A HISTORICAL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Landmarks Cormnission has studied the historical <br />background of Butternut Ridge Road; and <br />WHEFtEAS, said Commission has determined that Butternut Ridge Road <br />from Columbia Road to Lorain Road meets the criteria for designating <br />said area as a historical district; and <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance that this Council is required to approve <br />the designation of a historical district. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf-IE CITY OF NORTH <br />OU7STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council does hereby ratify the acts of the <br />North Olmstec.?Landmarks Cormnission in designating Butternut Ridge Road <br />as a historic district. <br />SECTION 2: That the Lanamarks Commission consistent with existing <br />Ordinances, be . directed to give proper notice to the property owners <br />located within the aforesaid historical district. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after <br />the earllest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : /9 A2 <br />ATTEST : <br />DWAYNE ? <br />R.
