SARINGER <br />n?9?9 <br />J <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TFIE AMENDMENT OF TIE <br />ZONE MAP OF 'If-E CITY OF N0RTH OIMSTED, WHICH ZONE <br />MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLM.STED, BY GIANGING THE PRaffSES HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO <br />MIXED USE A DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently ex- <br />isting and i.nadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Flanning Commission of <br />the City, on the day of , 1986 4°rec"nd approval <br />of the change of t e istrict re pecl ied, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tf-E COtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OIMSTED, COi1NTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTIpN 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Comisslon of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a <br />Fublic Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section <br />14 of A:ticle IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Coimcil - <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its <br />passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Ma.yor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Ma.p of North Olmsted is hereby <br />amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the <br />zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single Residence <br />A District to Mixed Use A District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cotmty of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and lrnown as being part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lots No. 30, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly Limited Access line of <br />I-480 at its intersection with the centerline of Columbia Road <br />(60 feet wide) said point being distant South 110 -351-38" West <br />337.64 feet along the centerline of Coluinbia Road (60 feet wide) <br />from its intersection with the centerline of Country Club Boulevard <br />(75 feet wide);
