CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-61 <br />BYs ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR VARIOUS MOTOR OILS, FUEL AND <br />LUBRICANTS FOR USE BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT <br />GAR.AGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for various motor oils, fuel and lubricants for <br />Service Department Garage needs, according to the specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to provide for the City's oil, fuel and lubricant requirements, and <br />further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />Z &2t? --- . <br />ORENCE E.
