CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86 - 27 <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES <br />AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1986. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures <br />of the City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1986, the following <br />sums be and they are hereby transferred as follows: <br />FROM: T0: <br />ENDOWMENT AND GRANT FUND -- $7,880.69 SENIOR CENTER FUND -- $7,480.69 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall, immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropri- <br />ations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by <br />the Board of Off icers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditure provided that no warrants shall <br />be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropri- <br />ations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote <br />of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City <br />and for purposes other than those covered by the other specif ic appropriations <br />herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at <br />the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: / <br />? <br />1,41 <br />ATT?EST: <br />?1ulll?? 4k V I?11 V, CC.C C <br />E E.
