, <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86- 2 <br />BY : )94. ? <br />?. <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RENUMBERING OF <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCE SECTION 351.15 ENTITLED <br />"HANDICAPPED PARKING" TO SECTION 351.20 WHICH <br />WAS THE PREVIOUS DESIGNATED SECTION PRIOR TO <br />RECODIFICATION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City in 1985 recodified its ordinances and in the process <br />Section 351.20 entitled "Handicapped Parking"' was renumbered to 351.15; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Section provides for the posting of the handicapped <br />parking section on signs located within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, unless the Codified Section is changed back to 351.20 all of <br />the signs within the City will have to be changed to reflect the new <br />numbering system; <br />WHREAS, it is the desire of this Council to revert back to the old <br />numbering system. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the existing Codified Ordinance Section 351.15 <br />entitled "Handicapped Parking" be renumbered to 351.20 which was the <br />previous number of said "Handicapped Parking" Section prior to <br />recodification. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to correct the inconsistency between the signs and the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />1
