.. • <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87-123 <br />BY: Mayor Petrigac <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTID FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31,1987. <br />NOW, THE',REF'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, COUNTY OF <br />CCTYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of said City of North 0]msted during the year ending <br />December 31, 1987, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside <br />and appropriated as follavs; <br />Current Increased Decreased Revised <br />Bt1S FUND <br />Operations Labor $1,145,323 -0- $400 $1,144,923 <br />Freight Charges 1,800 -0- 600 1,200 <br />Office Supplies 6,500 -0- 1,200 5,300 <br />Services 42,800 -0- 3,000 39,800 <br />Sup. and Admin. Labor 183,245 400 -0- 183,645 <br />Health & Welfare -0- 200 -0- 200 <br />Miscellaneous 4,800 1,200 -0- 6,000 <br />Tires 24,400 3,400 -0- 27,800 <br /> $5,200 $5,200 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at <br />the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />
