<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 87 - 113 <br />BY: MAYOR PETRIGAC <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE SENIOR CENTER <br />PETTY CASH FUND FROM TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($200.00) TO THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00). <br />WHEREAS, because of economic conditions, a Two Hundred <br />Dollar ($200.00) petty cash fund reserve is no longer sufficient <br />for efficient operations, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to increase the <br />Petty Cash Fund from Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to Three <br />Hundred Dollars ($300.00). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Senior Center Petty Cash Fund be and <br />the same is hereby increased from Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby directed <br />and authorized to increase the Senior Center Petty Cash Fund from <br />Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />i /J <br />PASSED: ~ ~Cl~,~ /, ~~~,~ <br />ATTEST: <br />ORENCE E.
