BOHLMANN <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A NEW AND REVLSED CHAPTER 945 <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES, ENTITLED, "COMMUNITY <br />CABIN/SENIOR CENTER", AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the regulations and rates established in Chapter 945 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, for use of the <br />Community Cabin, have not been updated since passage of Ordinance No. <br />77-193 on December 6, 1977, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to update these regulations <br />and rates for the Community Cabin as well as to establish and include <br />regulations and rates covering the use of the Senior Center in Chapter <br />945 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted.. <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, BE LT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That there is hereby established a new a.nd revised <br />Chapter 945 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Community Cabin/ <br />Senior Center", which new and revised Chapter shall read as follows: <br />"CHAPTER 945 - COMMUNITY CABIN/SENIOR CENTER <br />945.01 MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE <br />The management and operation of the North Olmsted Community Cabin <br />and the maintenance thereof shall be under the supervision.. of .the Service <br />Director. <br />The Service Director shall designate such employees of the Service <br />Department as may be necessary to assist in the operation of the North <br />Olmsted Community Cabin, including the preparation for_the use of_ the build- <br />ing by groups and organizations, and checking to determine any loss or <br />damage to the building or equipment. <br />The rental and maintenance of the North. Olmsted Senior Center shall <br />be under the supervision of the Service Director. The management and <br />operation of the North Olmsted.Senior Center shall be under the supervision. <br />of the Administrator of the Division of Aging. .The Service Director and. <br />the Administrator of the Division of Aging shall coordinate their functions <br />(management, operations, maintenance, and rental of facilities) for .the <br />successful intended use of these facilities. <br />
