CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87 - 84 <br />BY: Ronald J. Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY <br />THE CLARENCE AND LUCY SPRADLING SUBDIVISION AND <br />ASSEMBLY PLAT IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Clarence and Lucy Spradling Subdivision and Assembly <br />creating six (6) sublots was approved as submitted by the Planning <br />Commission on July 14, 1987, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat creating six (6) <br />sublots and also having been advised. by the City Engineer that it <br />meets with the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes <br />only. <br />SECTION 2: <br />City Engineer is <br />according to law. <br />That upon the effective date of this Resolution, the <br />hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : / ~~~C.C_ ~-t7`~C~ ~ ~~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />r ~,~ ~ <br />Florence E.
