CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 87-34 <br />BY ; MR. O'GRADY <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER <br />31, 1987. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T~iE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and <br />other expen itures of said City of North Olmsted during the <br />year ending December 31, 1987, that the following sums be <br />and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />I-480 Interchanges------------------------ $4,046 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forwar an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby <br />authorize to draw his warrants on the City Treasury <br />for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon <br />receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or <br />an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; <br />provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the <br />appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense <br />constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes <br />other than those covered by the other specific appropriations <br />herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />
