CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 - 131 <br />BY: MR. WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, DURING THE YEAR 1989, ALL TAX MONEY DUE <br />AND OWING SAID CITY FROM ANY COLLECTION SOURCE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />reauested to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year <br />1989, all tax money due and owing said City from any and all <br />tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council sha11 immediately <br />forwar a certified copy of this Resolution to the County <br />Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force at t e earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 <br />of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: c.?. ?
