<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINAIICE N0. 88-123 <br />BY: COUNCILlSAN RONALD TALLON <br /> <br />{ <br />?` `'? 3? lq R ( <br />AN ORDINAPICE AMENDING SECTION 1135.02 OF THE ZONING <br />CODE ENTITLED "ACCESSORY USES aND BUILDINGS" OF CHAPTER <br />1135 OF THE ZONING CODE ENTITLED "RESIDENCE DISTRICTS". <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the permitted uses in the Residence <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, after having reviewed said uses, this Council has determined <br />that there are no pravisions for the permitted uses of bicycle ramps and <br />skateboard ramps and as such it is the desire of this Council to provide <br />for the regulation of such uses by addinq to the permitted uses specified <br />in 1135.02 a new subsection (M) dealing therewith. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAIiOGA AND STATB OF OHIO: <br />Sectign 1. That Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled "Accessory <br />Uses and Buildings" xhich now reads: <br />The following accessory uses and buildings are permitted in any <br />Residence District: <br />(A) Within a dwelling, the office of a surgeon, <br />physician, clergyman, architect, engineer, attorney or <br />other grofessional gerson residing in such dwelling and <br />employing not more than one non-resident office ar <br />laboratory assistant, pravided no sign ar other outward <br />evidence, of the occupation that is carried on upon the <br />premises except one complyinq with Section 1163.01 of <br />the Zoning Code is displayed on the premises. <br />(B) Customary home occupation for gain carried on in <br />the dwelling requiring only customary home equipment, <br />pravided that no non-resident help is employed for that <br />purpose, no trading or sale of inerchandise is carried on <br />upon the gremises and no siqn or other outward evidence <br />of the occupation is disglayed on the premises. <br />(C) (1) A private garage detached from the dwelling <br />1
