CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-115 <br />BY: Mayor Petriqac <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1988. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year endinq <br />December 31, 1988, that the following sums be and they are hereby <br />set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />SEWER REVENUE FUND <br /> CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED <br />Systems Equipment $ 30,000 $ 7,000 <br />$ <br />37,000 <br />Boiler Chemical 21,250 7,000 14,250 <br />Sodium Aluminate 58,000 12,000 70,000 <br />Polymer 25,000 12,000 13,000 <br />Chlorine 12,000 5,000 17,000 <br />Carbon 18,500 5,000 13,500 <br />$164,750 $241000 $24,000 $164,750 <br />SECTION 2; That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the <br />aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by <br />law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appro- <br />priation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two- <br />thirds vote of Council for items of expense constitutinq a legal <br />obligation aaainst the City and for purDoses other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the <br />Charter o.f the City of North Olmsted.
