CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 88-115 BY: Mayor Petriqac AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1988. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year endinq December 31, 1988, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: SEWER REVENUE FUND CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED Systems Equipment $ 30,000 $ 7,000 $ 37,000 Boiler Chemical 21,250 7,000 14,250 Sodium Aluminate 58,000 12,000 70,000 Polymer 25,000 12,000 13,000 Chlorine 12,000 5,000 17,000 Carbon 18,500 5,000 13,500 $164,750 $241000 $24,000 $164,750 SECTION 2; That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appro- priation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two- thirds vote of Council for items of expense constitutinq a legal obligation aaainst the City and for purDoses other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter o.f the City of North Olmsted.
