CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 - 106 <br />BY: MAYOR M. YVONNE PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR DIESEL <br />FUEL AND GASOLINE PRODUCTS FOR USE BY TfiE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR TO CONTR.ACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGEDICY. <br />BE IT RESOL'JED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />C[IYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize to advertise for bids for various fuels and gasoline products <br />for the City of North Olmsted and North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line needs, <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure imediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />imanediately necessary i.o provide for the City's fuel and gasoline <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force imnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : C??? <br />ATTEST: <br />a <br />Xl'-2 - ??ti <br />FLORIIVCE E.
