.. ..... . .. _ . ,,,? - ..._ _ .__ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88- 81 <br />BY: RALPH BOHLMANN <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF <br />THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY <br />CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE <br />RESIDENCE B DISTRICT TO GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, aft a careful consideration, the Plan?ing Commission of the <br />City, on the e?Z day of _ , 1988,0X'g&grtSmended approval of the <br />change of the district her n specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a <br />Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section <br />14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its <br />passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby <br />amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the <br />zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single Residence B <br />District to General Retail Business District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sub Lot <br />No. 132 in The S.H. Kleinman Realty Company's Westwood <br />Subdivision of a part of Original Dover Township Lot No. <br />6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps, <br />Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 47 17/100 <br />feet on the Easterly side of Silverdale Road, and <br />extending back from the center of said Road 233 2/100 <br />feet on the Northerly line, 228 72/100 feet on the <br />Southerly line, and having a rear line of 47 37/100 <br />feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, <br />1
