CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88-73 <br />By: Council.man Wilamosky: <br />I-L1 -1 <br />? <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND O'iHER EXPENDIT[]RES FOR 'IHE CITY OF <br />NOR'I'H OIMSTED FOR 'PHE YFAR ENDING DECIIMID?'.R 31, 1988. <br />WHEREA.S, the Department of Finance will be understaffed during the stun- <br />mer months of 1988 due to a termination in a critical position, vacations, <br />schooling, and the lay-off of clerical help on loan froan the Administration, <br />and <br />WI-3EREAS, the laid-off employee is available for temporary employment <br />during the time period and such employment will provide experienced assis- <br />tance, and <br />WHEREA.S, the funds required for such additional employment were previ- <br />ously appropriated. <br />NpW, TfEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORI'H OINISTED, COtTNTY OF <br />C[IYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: 'I'hat to provide for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending <br />December 31, 1988, that the following stuns be and they are hereby set aside <br />and appropriated as follows; <br />Ctiirrent Increased Decreased Revised <br />GMRAL FUDTD <br />Office of the Mayor: <br />General Clerical Part-time $12,600 -0- $1,750 $10,850 <br />Departinent of Finance : <br />Tenporary Clerical frcen June 13, 1988 <br />to Septe3nber 2, 1988 -0- $1,750 -0- $1,750 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immdiately fozward an at- <br />tested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
