BOEHMER <br />? <br />? <br />? • <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 87-11 WHICH PROVIDED <br />FOR "NO RIGHT TURN ON RED" FOR TRAFFIC TRAVELLING IN A <br />WESTERLY DIRECTION ON BROOKPARK ROAD WHERE THE SAME INTER- <br />SECTS WITH CLAGUE ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the "no right turn on red" <br />restriction heretofore established by the passage of Ordinance No. 87-11, <br />is no longer required. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 87-11 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause the "no right turn on red" sign as hereinbefore specified, to be <br />removed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Campbell <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Mayor M.
