CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91- 186 <br />BY: ~ATRICIA BAHAS AND JAMES LEONARD <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE <br />RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below described real property <br />is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use <br />of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the City, on the <br />10 day of December 1991 ~~~t r~ecoma~i~nd al of the change of the district <br />herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this <br />City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has <br />been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The <br />Council -Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage <br />pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmst- <br />ed, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is <br />hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single <br />Residence A District to General Retail Business District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lot No. 5, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the center line of Dover Center Road, 60 feet wide, <br />at the southeasterly corner of said Original Lot No. 5; thence <br />northerly along the center line of Dover Center Road, said center <br />line being also the easterly line of said original Lot No. 5, 80 feet <br />to a point; thence westerly parallel with the southerly line of said <br />
