~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 91 - 152 <br />By: <br />Mr. McKay <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 911.12 and 911.16 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio that: <br />Section 1: Section 911.12 (c) of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, which now reads in part as follows: <br />"(3) Any water or wastes containing free oils, emulsified oils <br />and grease exceeding an average of one hundred..parts per <br />million or 833 pounds per million gallons, of ether- <br />soluble matter. Any discharge of petroleum oil, <br />nonbiogradable cutting oil or products of mineral oil <br />origin in amounts that can cause interference or pass <br />through." <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AND AS AMENDID SHALL READ AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />"(3) Any discharge of petroleum oil, nonbiodegradable cutting oil <br />or products of mineral oil origin in amounts that can cause <br />interference or pass through; but in no case, water or wastes <br />containing free oils, emulsified oils and grease exceeding an <br />average of one hundred parts per million or 833 pounds per <br />million gallons, of ether soluble matter." <br />SECTION 2: Section 911.16 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, which currently reads in part as follows: <br />"911.16 POWER AND AUTHORITY OF INSPECTORS <br />(a) The Service Director, Building Commissioner and City Engineer <br />and other duly authorized employees bearing proper credentials <br />and identification shall present same to the owner, agent or <br />present occupant of properties within the City before entering <br />or the purpose of inspection observation, measurement, <br />sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of <br />this chapter." <br />
