CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Ordinance No. 91 - 95 By; Councilwoman Bahas and Councilwoman Saringer AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 911.03, 911.12, 911.15 and 911.16 OF THE CODIFIID ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio that: SECTION 1 Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, which now reads as follows: 911.03 DEFINITIONS: The following definitions shall apply to Chapters 911, 915,917, and 919. (1) "Act" means the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, also known as the Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251, et seq. (2) "Applicable pretreatment standard" means any pretreatment limit or prohibitive standard, Federal and/or local, deemed to be the most restrictive, with which nondomestic users are required to comply. (3) "Approval authority" means the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. on flow. One twit is equal to 1,000 cubic feet (Mcf). (4) "Assigned unit" means the measurement of a connection based on flow. One unit is equal to 1,000 cubic (Mcf). (5) Authorized representative of industrial user" means a principal executive officer of at least the level of vice president, if the industrial user is a corporation; a general partner or proprietor if the industrial user is a partnership or proprietorship, respectively, or a duly authorized representative of the individual designed above if such re- presentative is responsible for the overall operation of the facilities from which the discharge originates. (6) "Average monthly discharge limitation: means the highest allowable average of daily discharges over a calender month, calculated as the stun of all daily discharges measured during a calender month divided by the ntunber of daily discharges measured during the month. (7) "Average weekly discharge limitation" means the highest allowable average of daily discharges over a calender week, calculated as the stun of all daily discharges measured during a calender week divided by the ntunber of daily discharges measured during that week.
