°~ .. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 91 - 95 <br />By; Councilwoman Bahas and Councilwoman Saringer <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 911.03, 911.12, 911.15 and 911.16 OF <br />THE CODIFIID ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio that: <br />SECTION 1 Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, which now reads as follows: <br />911.03 DEFINITIONS: <br />The following definitions shall apply to Chapters 911, 915,917, <br />and 919. <br />(1) "Act" means the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, also <br />known as the Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251, et <br />seq. <br />(2) "Applicable pretreatment standard" means any pretreatment <br />limit or prohibitive standard, Federal and/or local, deemed <br />to be the most restrictive, with which nondomestic users are <br />required to comply. <br />(3) "Approval authority" means the Ohio Environmental Protection <br />Agency and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. <br />on flow. One unit is equal to 1,000 cubic (Mcf). <br />(5) Authorized representative of industrial user" means a <br />principal executive officer of at least the level of vice <br />president, if the industrial user is a corporation; a general <br />partner or proprietor if the industrial user is a partnership <br />or proprietorship, respectively, or a duly authorized <br />representative of the individual designed above if such re- <br />presentative is responsible for the overall operation of the <br />facilities from which the discharge originates. <br />(6) "Average monthly discharge limitation: means the highest <br />allowable average of daily discharges over a calender month, <br />calculated as the stun of all daily discharges measured during <br />a calender month divided by the ntunber of daily discharges <br />measured during the month. <br />(7) "Average weekly discharge limitation" means the highest <br />allowable average of daily discharges over a calender week, <br />calculated as the stun of all daily discharges measured during <br />a calender week divided by the ntunber of daily discharges <br />measured during that week. <br />
