CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-57 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) INTEGRAL TRACTOR-LOADER-BACKHOE <br />WHEEL TYPE, AND DECLARING AN E[~RGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for one (1) Integral Tractor-Loader-Backhoe <br />Wheel Type, for use in the Service Department. Said Tractor-Loader-Backhoe <br />shall conform to the specifications now on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Service, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to maintain <br />service to area residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />t ,; <br />PASSED : _ " /L d-c. ~ '' ~J <br />ATTEST: <br />~ :' ' ~ <br />B BARA L.
