~ <br />~ _ <br />~~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 91-45 <br />By: Mayor Ed Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND <br />EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID FOR THE YEAR ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1991, AS AMENDED. <br />Whereas: Estimated revenues for the Recreation Fund are expected to <br />increase from $739,000 to $807,000 as a result of the indoor pool reopening and <br />other Recreation Center renovations; <br />Whereas: The voters approved an income tax increase on February 5, 1991, <br />which took effect March 1, 1991, which is expected to provide $708,900 to both <br />the Solid Waste Management Fund and the Permanent Improvement, Street and Storm <br />Fund, which funds were established by said tax proposal; <br />Whereas: Council wishes to appropriate funds for the current year ending <br />December 31, 1991. <br />NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OL1~ISTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of <br />said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1991, that the <br />following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Office of Council: <br />Council Salaries 52,500 <br />Clerk of Council 20,000 <br />Assistant Clerk of Council 6,500 <br />Office Supplies 750 <br />Org. & Travel 2,000 <br />Zoning Code Consultant 5,000 <br />Recodification 3,500 <br />Office Equipment 500 <br />Office of the Mayor: <br />Mayor 43,100 <br />Administrative Assistant 24,500 <br />Mayor's Secretary 24,090 <br />General Clerical 25,600 <br />General Clerical, Part-time 12,000 <br />Org. & Travel 6,500 <br />135,790 <br />90,750 <br />1 <br />
