CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-16 <br />BY: THE MAYOR AND ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING OUR MILITARY SERVICE <br />PERSONNEL IN THE MIDDLE EAST. <br />WHEREAS, Thousands of young men and women in our <br />armed services have been called to do battle in the Middle <br />East; and <br />WHEREAS, These men and women are risking their lives <br />and enduring unbearable living conditions in the name of <br />freedom; and <br />WHEREAS, We gratefully acknowledge the sacrifices that <br />are being made by these courageous men and women and extend <br />to them our heartfelt thanks for carrying out an arduous task. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That it is the desire of this Council to <br />support our military personnel in the Middle East and to <br />urge all the residents of North Olmsted to show their <br />support of the valiant men and women who risk their lives <br />daily in a hostile environment. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />.. <br />PASSED: ~ ..:~:.c1~~.~~L.~- ~~ ~`'l ~~/ <br />ATTEST. <br />l'f~, <br />B rbara Seman, Acting Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: /`~~.h...~t ` /1r"9/ <br />Y ~ / V <br />James D.
