<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 93- 129 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PULVA-MIXING ON VARIOUS STREETS <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OUISTED, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW <br />ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING TiE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING AN DIERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OUISTID, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for pulva-mixing on various streets <br />in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's pulva-mixing on various <br />streets, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Pa.ssED?:7 <br />ATTES • <br />BARA L.
