De£ittitions <br />ta) "Game room," ar "amusement arcade" means a place of business within a building <br />or ~y part of a building having one or more mechanical or e3.ectrically uperated amusement devices <br />which are used fox the purpose of public entertainment through the operation, use nr p1aV, of any <br />table game or device com»aor~ly kmc=~~ as electronic games which 'rs operated by placing therein any <br />coin, plate, disc, plug, ke}' or token of value or by the payz~aerit of a fee. <br />(b) "Mechanical or plectricaily operated amusement de~~ice" means any coin operated <br />xz~achine, device or instrotnent, which upon the insertion of a coin, taken, 41ug or payment of a fee, <br />operates or rtiay be operated for use as a game; contest of ski11 or amusement cif any description <br />which in no way ia~tez~ds to encourage gambling.
