<br />BY: Councilman Lind <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 94-47 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) 60' AERIAL LIFT TRUCK WITH <br />CHIPPER BODY TO INCLUDE CAB AND CHASSIS. <br />BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for one (1) 60' Aerial Lift Truck with Chipper Body to include <br />cab and chassis. Said truck shall conform to the specifications now on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Service, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to maintain service to area <br />residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~-c~ <br />A <br />--~ <br />~tif u~C <br />ARBARA L.
