LIND, COUNCILMAN WARD 77 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN IMPREST PETTY <br />CASH FUND WITHIN THE RECREATION CENTER <br />COMPLEX OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That there is hereby established a petty cash fund of One Thousand One <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,150.00) within the Recreation Center Complex to be controlled <br />exclusively by the Recreation Center Manager; all payments made out of the petty cash fund <br />shall be verified by a receipt, and upon presentation to the Director of Finance the petty cash <br />fund will be reimbursed for the amount paid out so that there will be maintained a petty cash <br />fund of One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,150.00). <br />Section 2. That Ordinance 75-241 as previously ad~rpted is hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary to prove petty cash for the operation of the <br />Recreation Complex Center, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: ~7~~~ /-~i ~ y~ <br />Attest: <br />~ 'j7^.a------ <br />BARBARA L.
