<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 - ~D„~ <br />BY : MR. BOEHMER <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 351.12 <br />ENTITLED "ALL-NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTED" <br />OF CHAPTER 351 ENTITLED "PARKING GENERALLY" <br />OF THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 351.12 entitled "All-Night Parking <br />Restricte o Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally" of the <br />Traffic Code of the City of North Olmsted, which now reads as <br />follows: <br />"351.12 ALL-NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTED. <br />Upon those streets where signs have been erected giving <br />notice thereof, no person shall permit to stand or park any vehicle <br />between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m." <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />"351.12 ALL-NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTED. <br />No person shall permit to stand or park any vehicle upon any <br />street in the City of North Olmsted between the hours of 2 a.m. and <br />6 a.m. The Director of Public Safety shall cause signs indicating <br />this restriction to be posted at the City limits." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 351.12 previously adopted by this <br />Council on the 21st day of April, 1964 is hereby repealed and any <br />Ordinance or Resolution or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in <br />conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ?=~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />,~,~~ ~ .~ <br />Nora T.
