' 4 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 77 - ~~,9~ B Y : ~~~ 6c AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 77-66 ENTITLED" AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 945.05 ENTITLED 'RATES, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS' OF CHAPTER 945 ENTITLED 'COMMUNITY CABIN' OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AS AMENDED". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 945.05 entitled "Rates, Charges and Deposits" of Chapter 945, entitled "Community Cabin" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which now reads as follows: "945.05 RATES, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS. The rates, charges and deposits for the rental of the Community Cabin shall be as follows: Nonprofit North Olmsted Organization. (Sixty percent of members must be residents of North Olmsted) No damage or breakage Evening (except Saturday evening) $20.00 deposit required Saturday evening. 30.00 Afternoon 15.00 Morning 8.00 North Olmsted Resident or North Olmsted Organization, Other than Above (Sixty percent of members must be residents of North Olmsted) $50.00 damage or Evening (except Saturday evening) $50.00 breakage deposit Saturday evening 55.00 required Afternoon 22.00 Morning 16.50 Outside Organization or Individual $50.00 damage or Evening (except Saturday evening) $66.00 breakage deposit Saturday Evening 110.00 required Afternoon 33.00 Morning 27.00 The above rates shall be effective upon adoption of this Ordinance. a. The Community Cabin shall not be rented to any outside organization or individual on any Sunday for profit making. b. 1. The North Olmsted Community Council, because of its unique activity as coordinator of community activities, is hereby exempted from the payment of rental charges for use of the Community Cabin for its regularly scheduled meetings and for the three annual "Homecoming Days", but under no circum- stances shall the North Olmsted Community Council sublease the Community Cabin to others.
