CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 77 - J~~ BY: l AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 77 - 47 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES OF THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 76-143 ENACTED ON OCTOBER 5, 1976, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", ENACTED ON MARCH 15, 1977, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENIDED. WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee and the Finance Committee have recommended an adjustment in the pay rate of the administrative and maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and WHEREAS, Council is desirous of making an adjustment in the compensation for administrative and maintenance employees of the north olmsted municipal bus line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 77-47 enacted on March 15, 1977 which now reads as follows: "SECTION l: That the compensation to be paid to the non-bus driving personnel of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: a. Effective February 1, 1977: 1. Administrative personnel General Manager $22,106 to $24,297 Supervisor of Operations 18,964 to 22,217 Supervisor of Maintenance 20,249 to 23,517 Asst Supervisor of Maint. 10,500 to .17,000 Administrative Assistant 15,028 to 15,730 Secretary 8,099 to 9,126 Zone Supervisor 10,500 to 17,108 2. Maintenance Employees Mechanic/Equipment Repairmen $6.90/hr. to sta rt 7.04/hr. after one year 7.095/hr. after two years 7.23/hr. after thre e years Mechanic Leader $7.48/hr. to sta rt 7.58/hr. after one year Mechanic Apprentice $6.485/hr. to st art 6.665/hr. after one year 6.78/hr. after two years Serviceman $6.356/hr. to st art 6.51/hr. after one year 6.655/hr, after two years Extra Labor $Z.ZO/hr. to $4. 22/h r. which salaries will be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly."
